Education
CoRE works to advance the education of the public in the history and heritage of York City Centre Churches and in the history of Christianity in York.
- In conjunction with our development partners, the Trust produces a range of media products including literature and displays explaining the history, heritage, architecture and artefacts of and in the church buildings for the use of worshippers and visitors.
- The Trust encourages the exploration of York City Centre Churches through visits and activity events by schools, clubs and societies and other organisations.
- The Trust provides support resources for the organisation and development of exhibitions and other marketing activities for York City Centre Churches in conjunction with other bodies of interest.
- The Trust aims to develop facilities for academic research and study in conjunction with local schools, colleges and universities.
- The Trust is committed to providing accessible information for all.
